Weekly Menu

A few people asked me to post my weekly menu after last week's post so here it is:
Easter - dinner at my mom's
Monday - Chicken breasts baked with a wine/herb sauce, broccoli, quinoa
Tuesday - Teriyaki salmon with zucchini and jasmine rice
Wednesday / Thursday - plans with friends . . . no cooking :)
Friday - Lasagna and caesar salad (x3 - cooking for friends who are having babies)
Saturday - White chicken chili & salad

What's on your menu for the week?

  1. Love the organization this menu displays, as well as your previous post that you only shop twice a week. Zounds!
    On Mondays I don't work so I do something labor intensive--today was mar i muntanya, an incredibly delicious shrimp and chicken meal, with a side of swiss chard. Tomorrow I've gotten a headstart on a minestrone--there's pork loin in the fridge and a red cabbage so I predict roast pork and braised cabbage will be on the table this week.

    Usually I shop daily, because there's always something missing: salt, soda, toothpaste, napkins!

  2. Ooh, I want to come over on Mondays :) Yeah, only grocery shopping doesn't mean that there aren't plenty of trips to Target and other places. I just buy too much food I don't need/use because it looks good if I go too often.
